Ingredients for 1 serving
cooked chicken breast, shredded or cut into bite-sized pieces 170 g
cherry tomatoes, halved 50 g
fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 55 g
green pesto 1/2 tbsp
sour cream 60 ml
shredded Parmesan cheese, divided 14 g
salt and ground black pepper to taste
leafy greens 50 g
olive oil 1/2 tbsp
Instructions
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2.
Prepare the ingredients: chop the chicken, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
Step 3.
Distribute the chicken, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
Step 4.
Add pesto, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
Step 5.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Step 6.
Serve with leafy greens drizzled with olive oil.
